Great news – Rough Runner has upgraded their ticketing system!
If you entered a Rough Runner event before 06 August 2019, your entry has now been moved to Race Space, giving you access to improved team management.
Please check your team and entries to ensure everything has been migrated correctly. There may also still be some participant information missing, so please check carefully!
Getting access to your tickets:
To access your tickets, simply create a Race Space account at www.racespace.com.
Once you're logged in, all your tickets will be available in the 'My Entries' section.
NOTE: YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU ORIGINALLY SIGNED UP WITH. THAT IS THE ADDRESS YOUR TICKETS ARE ASSIGNED TO.
Checking/changing participant details:
The details on your Race Space account are the ones provided when you purchased your tickets.
If you bought multiple tickets but did not send them to your team mates after the booking, then we only have your info, and not theirs, so you will have multiple tickets all in your name.
You will need to update these tickets with the details of the other people you bought them for in order for them to be able to run. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Click ‘Entry Actions’ next to the entry
- Click ‘EDIT ENTRY’
- Complete the correct details, and save
Checking/changing team information:
It is important to check the team information we have is what you wanted AND that all the team members you wanted in your team are there. It will be important to get your team members together if you all want to be in the same wave.
If you didn’t fill out any info on the Rough Runner website regarding your team, you have been assigned a generic team name for the moment.
That’s it! It’ll only take a few minutes to complete the steps above, especially if you provided most of the info during your booking. Please make sure you’ve done it, so that we have the necessary info for every runner, and more importantly, so you all run together!
