To see if you're eligible for a refund, make sure you are logged into Race Space, go to your 'My Entries' tab and click 'Entry Actions' next to the ticket you are querying. If you see a button named 'Refund Entry', this means that the event organiser allows refunds.
In this case, go ahead and refund yourself!
The event organiser decides whether refunds are allowed and what refund fees might be involved. The amount you receive after the refunds is processed is dependant on the amount charged by the event organiser for the action.
